Vickie bought her first house at eighteen, not because it was easy, but because she understood equity before most people understand a mortgage. That instinct, buy something that builds, became a career.
She went on to own and operate a dozen franchise real estate offices. Then she did something most people never do: she sold all of them and went completely independent. No franchise rules, no corporate brand to answer to, just her name, her standards, and full ownership of every outcome.
Today she runs Real Estate Kentucky Inc. as principal broker, licensed in Kentucky and Indiana, serving the Elizabethtown and Hardin County area. And since 2015, she's taught the next generation of agents through Agent Academy, live, online, and available to her students in a way most schools simply aren't.
The throughline is accountability. “If I fall, it's my fault. If I rise, it's my credit.” It's why clients and students get the real Vickie on the phone, not a layer of staff in between.
